June Smoothie
1/2 Mexican papaya,
seeded and peeled. (how much?)
20-30 pitted cherries
Blend all ingredients and serve.

2 cups of fresh-squeezed orange
juice
2 cups of mango flesh (about 3-4 mangoes)
Blend for creamy heaven.
Optional: Blend with 1t of spirulina for a green fortified drink.

2T flax seeds
1t honey or maple syrup (optional)
