Real E-State

Your Real E-State is the Energetic State that you are holding at any given time. It includes your surroundings (Feng Shui: this is why it makes sense and works), your physical body, your meridians, your chakras and the energy field (toroidial) that surrounds your body.

Ways of Tuning to Different States

Almost anything can be used to access a certain State.

From Alcohol to Religion, unconsciously and sometimes consciously we are always tuning into different States.

Alcohol and Drugs: This is a popular tool/vehicle. Not only do mind and brain chemistry altering substances tune you into States, they also help you escape certain States. The problem with these substances is that they are uncontrollable and unpredictable. They have a way of taking over a person.

Energy Exercise: Any type of energy exercise can be included in the category of "Qi Gong," which means "energy exercise." There are Qi gong, Tai Chi and many others. Even Yoga, when do correctly is a "Qi Gong," but for the most part, it was been westernized into not much more than stretching exercises.

Environment: By default, sync ourselves with our environment. This means whatever is happening in the environment will change you. HOWEVER, if you choose the state you WANT to experience, then you are not affected by the environment. Choosing your State means that you can even change the environment in a positive way.

Fasting: Fasting is a great way to tune into some clear and beautiful States. Unlike drugs, fasting makes you control your mind, emotions and body. The down side to fasting is when someone gets so high that they start losing their connection to their body and the world. These are space cases. Their energy is all around the crown and 3rd eye chakras, and as a result, they lose their center and become ungrounded. You can't manifest if you are ungrounded (see why here).

Food: Food very much tunes our State. Eating junk food or empty food puts us in a low State. The less a Food or Drink is altered from its Natural (God-made) State, the better it is for you! We sell our Real E-state all the time for nothing more that momentary satisfaction. We all do it! Part of self mastery is learning restraint (directing your energy where you want it to go).

The next time you are about to stuff some food into your mouth, ask yourself:

“How many steps has this gone through since it was taken from nature?”

Religion/Ritual: The religious ceremony is designed to put a person in a state of Reverence. Once in a state of Reverence, a strong connection to God is felt, and then and ONLY then can prayers be offered properly.

Meditation: For me, this is the best way to learn to tune into different States. The more you meditate, the more you learn to steer your energy where you want it to go. Unlike prayer, you are focusing on an empty mind...no thoughts...just silence and clarity.

Memory: You can access a State if you have experienced it before. By visualizing a past experience, you can tune into that State--very much like the way the people moved through time and space in the movie "Jump." In the movie the jumpers had pictures of places they have been before. By looking at the pictures, they could jump (wormhole) to the place where the picture was taken.

Perceptions/Expectations/Beliefs: Most people are being tuned into things they don't want, because of old programming from childhood. Our perceptions, expectations and beliefs play a MAJOR role in the States we hold at any given time. This VIDEO (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xR6RLTVtmDA&feature=channel) will give you more information on how Perceptions affect our lives.

Prayer: This is another great vehicle. In this practice you pray with undivided attention. When done right, it is intense, fully directed attention on one thing.

I would include Chanting and Visualized Meditations in this section.

Master States

Buddha is said to have obtained the "Stable State" - meaning that he was able to hold an expanded State and not give it up or away.

I am not Buddhist per se, but I do love just about any statue of Buddha. I think most people do.

The reason I like Buddhist statues is that they reflect a certain state, whether it is bliss or contentment. I look at them and go “Ahhhhh.”

Jesus also obtained a Stable State through his 40-day process in the desert. He went into the desert Jesus and came out Christ.

Jesus used fasting and prayer as his primary transformational vehicles.

We all have access to these States!!!
