About Me

I am a mind-body-spirit therapist/coach, lecturer and teacher. My passion in life is helping empower people by helping them understand how their mind influences their emotions, body and life. Not only giving people the understanding they need, but also the tools they need.

In my practice, I incorporate many types of therapies. My studies include Massage, BodyTalk, Reiki, Emotional Freedom Technique, P.E.A.T., EMF Balancing Technique, Flower Essences, and Feng Shui just to name a few. In my daily work I focus on helping people achieve health and find their passion in life.

My main interest and drive in life is helping people achieve and maintain a healthy balance within the body (physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually). I do not take responsibility for others dis-ease physical, mental or otherwise, but rather help guide one to self-mastery through self-awareness.

As well as bodywork, I lectures and teaches classes to help awaken and empower people regarding their body and life. I teach at my office, your place of businesses or in your home.

Private sessions are $60 each and are scheduled for one hour, though typically you will be finished between 40-50 minutes, depending on the nature of your visit.

While I do not bill health insurance, I can provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance plan if your plan covers out-of-network massage practitioners.
