MEDITATION INFORMATION
Earlobes:
Your ear lobes are energetically linked to your brain. When the right ear lobe is massaged it allows the left brain and pituitary gland to become stimulated. When the left ear lobe is massaged it allows the right brain and pineal gland to become stimulated, giving you a whole brain experience.
You can see how the ear REFLEXs the body.

Switching K27:
Stress causes the energy in the body to switch. This means that the energy meridians are not flowing like they should. By rubbing both Kidney Meridian 27 points you can un-switch the body. A kind of energy reset.
The K27 points are located just below your collarbones where they meet the sternum (breastplate).

OTHER
In most cases healing is a process not an event. We didn’t get where we are now with multiple programs, bad patterns and unhealthy bodies in one day, or as the result of one event.
Healing (rebalancing and undoing) can happen in a flash, but in most cases it is a journey of uncovering that reveals deeper layers the further we go. The journey takes guts and perseverance. This is why the spiritual path is known as the “Narrow Path.”
"Enter through
the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to
destruction, and many enter through it. But small is the gate and narrow the
road that leads to life, and only a few find it."
Matthew
7:13-14
The path to Awareness = Integration = Balance = Wholeness (HOLYness) is best traveled being aware of all aspects of self. Energy exercises are great as well as emotional releasing techniques, but you also have to take care of the physical body. After all, without the physical body you can’t accomplish anything.
I said all of that above to get to this…
As this past Wednesday ticked along, I started having sinus issues again…reminiscent of about 2 months ago when I was laid up in bed spinning for days. Wednesday night I was laying on the couch going “Okay…what am I doing wrong.” I was running over everything in my mind that I had been doing for the last few months and before the last episode. As I did this my eyes fell upon a book on the shelf. “The Rainbow Diet” I was like “hmmmmm.” I picked it up and decided to muscle test for a page or two that might help shine some light on my current ponderings. I got three pages to look at. They all talked about getting too much protein in one’s diet. Then I was like “Duuhhh.” I have been doing just that. In effort to clean up my eating I started eating more meat to avoid eating fast food. Being blood type “A” I should have known better, but I was too focused on not eating any junk foods any more…save my Hasting visit as a treat now and then.
Thursday, I did a Feng Shui walkthrough on someone’s house. This someone’s house had recently had two leaks. This is the freaky part, I get home and I see water in the hall. I was about to track down the dogs and figure who the culprit was, when I decided to investigate further. Long story short…well shorter…the water drain for the air conditioner’s condensation was backed up and a small lake had formed under the unit. So I spent the nest 2 hours shopvacing the water up and snaking the pipe that goes down under the house. As I was looking down this nasty pipe and snaking it, I got that the pipe was my colon. From all the excess protein I had been taking I had caused a block and things, like water, were not flowing out as they should. My sinuses were one of the ways my energy and environment were telling me that.
As most of you know from my YBYF classes, the colon and sinuses share the same element (air) and reflect one another, and Feng Shui is an external reflection of what is inside of us on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level.
I love it! Pretty freaking cool!! Your environment, the people, your house, car, your animal etc are all reflected/reflexing back to and of you. This is how Feng Shui, the body and energy in general works. I teach this and still lose sight every once in a while. I am guessing if I had not picked up that book the leak would have been my first or really 2nd or 3rd clue to root my sinus issue. I decided to stop eating meat for the next 3 days and look back at what I needed to be eating for myself. As a result I came across a spreadsheet I had created years ago. It combines Ayurvedic food choices and the Eat Right 4 Your Blood Type Diet info. I love Ayurvedic concepts and I have gotten great results from the Eating Right 4 Your Blood Type information.
I have attached the spreadsheet. This is not a complete list of foods, but it is a good starting point. You may also find this helpful: http://www.dadamo.com/typebase4/typeindexer.htm This is a very cool site. Just click on any food and it will tell you based on your blood type if it is good for you or not. Of course it doesn’t take Ayurvedic principles into consideration.
Ayurvedic Dosha Basics
There are 3 Doshas.
Vata….Air
Pitta…Fire
Kapha..Earth
Diet is VERY important in Ayurvedic Medicine. Here is a popular Ayurvedic saying, “Without proper nutrition supplementation is of no use, and with proper nutrition supplementation is of no need.”
Most people tend to be dominate in one Dosha or combination of two Doshas: Vatta Pitta, Vatta Kapha, and Pitta Kapha. Ideally you want all 3 of your Doshas to be balanced, which is called Tridosha.
By eating certain foods you can bring your Doshas back into alignment/balance. For example, Air types benefit from eating heavy Earth/Kapha type foods because it grounds their hectic nervous energy and mind. Eating spices foods will aggravate a Pitta person and make them hot and irritable, but spicy foods can help a sluggish Kaphs get up and start moving…put a fire under their butt.
Email me and I will tell you what Dosha you are or you can go here and take a test

Diet is one of the KEY ways to living dHARMaicly according to the TAO!!!
TAO: The natural order of things. I believe Wu Xing or Chinese 5 Element Theory is one of the best ways to understand the nature/Tao of life, both inside and outside ourselves.
Dharma: Living according to the natural order of things. In Buddhism, Dharma is known as the Eight Fold Path. “…not my will but thy will be done…” Luke 22:41-43
