In order to attend a class
you must sign up at least
five days in advance. Either
call me or simply go to the
registration page on the
website. If it's less than
five days until the class
you must call me, (940)
642-4554, to register.
Once you take a class you
can monitor it again with
just a $love offering. That
applies to ALL classes that
I teach! If you are
monitoring a class you still
need to register for a class
to reserve your spot.

The Feet |
On a mental and emotional
level the feet relate to
standing on your own,
direction in life, being
centered, grounded (down to
earth).
Emotional issues that can be
the cause of feet problems.
You are not walking your own
path.
Not following your heart.
Not feeling at home where
you are.
An affirmation to help the
feet:
"I follow my heart today!"
"I am centered and grounded
in each and every moment!"
"I easily stand on my own!"
Therapy:
The feet represent the water
element. Soaking your feet
in warm water with your
choice of essential oil is
great for the feet.

Community Reiki Sessions |

March 25th from 2:00 PM to
5:00 PM.
These 20 to 45 minute Reiki
sessions are open to
everyone.
Come by and get a session if
you are ill, experiencing
pain, or just want to know
what a Reiki session is
like.
Pets are welcome!!!
You can drop in between 2:00
and 4:30.
It is best to call
(940-642-4554) or email me
(awakeningbodywork@hotmail.com)
and guarantee a time for
your session.
There is no set fee for the
sessions. Donations are
welcome! |
